Got banned for all chatting a well known meme/old vine and got perma banned.

It was op Thunder last night and a texted this in all chat "1 2 3 4 how many ******* are in my store" (obvoiusly i didnt type out the n word in game but u get the point)  : theres the yt vid if u wanna check it out, my point is that that aint in know way racism i mean its a well known and loved meme and by looking at the like/dislike ratio on the vid u can see that its 99,9% positive (25k to 160 dislikes) and i dont think that all the people liking the vid are racist if imma be real. and yeah i guess i was looking for it bla blah but its not racism in the first place so idk. Tell me, what does it say in the circled part? You see it every single time a map changes. What were you thinking? What was even the point of you typing that or wanting to share that? You know damn well how strict the racism rule is enforced here. In the rules it clearly says that even "insinuations" of racism will get you banned. You have a history of saying some pretty toxic things in all chat, this ban was imminent. Next time think before you share something like that.

bet u if this was 5 years ago i wouldnt of got banned in the first place but fair enough i guess. My fault.
