Not actually sure what I was banned for
but according to Cheerios post I'm guessing I was banned because I was ramming Sappeur.
I did not know at the time that the other party was being harmed or disrespected.

I was banned for harrasment , ramming , tk for asset , destroying friendly assets and asshating.
out of the previously mentioned I only rammed.

I did not harrass Sappeur yes I attempted to ram him for about 2 minutes with a techi
I didnt not tk him once
I did not destroy any friendly assets on purpose
and I did not asshat or what ever that means(I seriously don't)

I did not mean to cause any harm or disrespect and I'm sorry regardless.

You're not sure why you were banned? Really? Tell you what, I'll give you several hours to think about it until I'm able to reply with a more detailed response later.

well if youre not going to appeal my ban at least tell me why

On the tracker:

At 3:15:28 you shoot out the driver (Manemejeff) of the ammo techie who is driving towards you and steal the techie.

At 3:06:28 you stand in front of Sapper after you've already started harassing him and you get killed as he drives away in the ammo techie.

At 3:03:03 you almost crash head-on with Sapper when he's returning to main and you're driving a .50 cal techie. You then go after him.

At 3:02:16 you along with This_Pc and Timunlaut are surrounding him and harassing him in main.

At 3:01:07 after you've been chasing him, and after This_Pc rams him, Sapper crashes into a tree and you block him in. Then yall chase him back to main and chase him out again.

You guys chase him back to mortars, and back to main where five of you harass him at main, all five of you being in the same squad.

At 2:55:44 he has flipped his techie as a result of you and This_Pc chasing him. You then shoot the techie blowing it up and tking one of your squad mates and almost tking Sapper as he tries to run away.

Now, what were you saying? You weren't sure what you were being banned for? Did you think Sapper was taking it as a joke?

I'm not gonna have a group of thugs running around the server harassing innocent players thinking they're gonna get away with it because no admins are on. And anyone else who wants to try and do it can use this as an example.

I recommend MINIMUM one month ban. I'll let the head admin decide if they want to be a little more lenient on you, or the opposite.

I destroyed the techi because it flipped. didnt see anyone next to it and I wasnt trying to tk anyone just to make the techi respawn as fast as I can.

yeah I was trolling him a bit but in no way what was it harassment or abuse.

all your points about us "harassing him in main" we were only ramming our vehicles into each other and blocking him off we didn't harass and we did let him out of main at least I did

yes he did not say anything and I was not being warned. as I said before while we were ramming him in main he was laughing so I thought he took it as a joke.
