Hello,
After playing on your very frequently these last few weeks, there's still lack of admins. You know this, i know this.. we all know this. I tried to encourage people to apply for admin, given i had been rejected.. but with no success.
I refuse to let PR suffer in my timezone, and will do everything i can to help.
So, here i am 2 months later, applying again.
