Admin Apply

Hello,
I am applying to be an admin and I hope this goes right.
As some of you may know i applied to be an admin 9 months ago but was rejected and I'm applying again.
I also applied to be an admin 3 weeks ago and no one replied so I'm posting again.

So I want to be an admin just to help out you know. I live in Australia and when it's day here it's mid-night in America so i might help out a bit when there's no admins.

I admit that I've been a really bad player in the past, stole helicopters and being a bad player in HOG server but it was because I didn't understand the game so maybe I'm better now. I do apologize to all the players and admins that I've been bad to.

Again my time zone is when America is at night and there is no admins at that time so I will help a lot.

Guys please think about it and give me another chance.
