I do not know for how long.
This is what happened.
Sareema, Russian side. I took off with the hind solo and jevski warned me that I am soloing an asset.
I made a point saying to him saying that I am soloing a HIND (vulgar language was said with it but not to the extreme. I was heated at the moment due to the fact that I was already in an argument with someone else and it was not about having a minimum of 6 people in a heavy asset squad before locking which I would assume the argument would be in the logs).
B4TMAN kicks me for disrespecting an admin. Again, I have used vulgar language but not to the extreme measure (said fucking twice I believe I cannot recall exactly). This is not the issue.
The issue I have is that Jevski and myself were in an short argument about whether his warning is justifiable due to the fact that I cannot "solo/one-man heavy assets if they require more than one person to operate properly" yet you can properly operate the hind solo using its signature weapon, the 64 round rockets. Having a co-pilot who uses the hind's mere cannon are ineffective as it cannot hit targets due to the co-pilot not being able to zoom in and the angle to which it can fire upon is small. This statement is evident to almost every admin and server I play on and with (I am not posting referrals. That would take days). In the midst of me typing to Jevski this point, I was kicked by B4TMAN.
I rejoin back and requested Jevski to get on ts3 multiple times in a span of 6 minutes to tell Jevski my point, but he ignores me (btw, I highly believe that every admin should be able to get on ts3 to solve similar issues as this and avoid the hassle of posting it on the forums). How I know that he was ignoring me and not simply afk? I teamkilled him on the Russian carrier to prove a point in which it succeeded. He immediately banned me when I teamkilled him. He was waiting for me to break a rule so he has the right to ban me. For someone so technical and active as he is, there is a very small chance that he was specifically away for that 6 minutes, came to his monitor to see me teamkill him, and thus banning me (which I EXPECT him to reply back to this post saying that exact statement). If he checked the logs, would he not see my texts requesting Jevski to get on ts3? Even if he was afk, I !r many times to Jevski to get on ts3 or at least reply in game so at least he can check the logs (I was told he was on PRISM). I asked admins in ts3 who were in the same channel as I was to tell Jevski to get on ts3 (not going to state his name without permission) for a span of 10+ more minutes yet 1 hour has passed with me doing uni homework, writing this post, eating, and not talking to Jevski. He is NOT busy enough to come to ts3 for 10 seconds and tell me or even 5 seconds to type in chat that he cannot talk to me saying hes busy with other things GUARANTEED. For an admin that is known to be very technical and strict, should he not have checked the logs before banning me? For example, cases where teamkills are necessary to prevent a game-losing event such as teamkilling a smurf who is trying to steal a CAS chopper. In almost every instances, he broke his public persona by not following admin protocol (should be) to respond to an argument in the simplest manner. Admins should know how to make proper decisions, and simply ignoring me was not the correct choice.
TL;DR
Jevski ignored my complaints. Banned by Jevski for teamkilling him to prove a point. He put absolutely no effort to contact me to which I requested him to do many times.
PS: Isolating the offence, specifically me teamkilling Jevski, should not be punishable because there was a justifiable reason to it.
I do not know for how long.

before you "go off" on him in the forums, let me fill you in a few things the admins are told.
They are not to argue with players, they are to handle the infraction and move one, NEVER argue on the server. (Both he and meatplow did this correctly).
They are generally not to go into an infraction in teamspeak, they can, but it is rare that the situation is solved, and most importantly their powers are limited, meaning, they cannot unban anyone. They are not required to follow a players orders to go to teamspeak.
If you think the HIND is exempt from 2 crew status then you should first, follow the admins directions and come to the forums and lets have a calm, non cussing discussion about it. I can actually see both sides of the argument. Never has arguing a rule been changed while in game, never.
Teamkilling is always the unwisest move, especially on an admin.
The player arguing the 6 man rule, is right, you are wrong if you want to lock at less than 6.

There should really be a post about admin protocols.
I have no clue to what an admin should do in any situations. I can only assume. These are all assumptions to what an ideal admin should which be and do which includes responding to a person who you have kicked/banned. Even a "Post it on the forums" would suffice, but not even one suggestion was mentioned.
The argument about 6 man rule is irrelevant to the issue. I am just stating that it was after the 6 man rule if you were to check back on the logs.

good point, we do have a thread on Admin Directives, rules and behavior that they are to follow, it is in an admin section and only admins can see it. Players should visit: hogclangaming.com/joomla/index.php/project-reality?id=7 which are our server rules, following those and you will be pretty safe.
Second, besides the rules, FOLLOW what the admin says, do what they tell you, THEN come here and pm me or Haley or post and we will deal with them if they do wrong.

The above part is the first interaction between myself and you, Pride.
A player was taking assets and crashing them in main. I could have kicked him immediately, but I wanted to know if he was a noob or a troll. Second, your squad should only get locked at 6 members. For those two reasons I asked you to unlock, to fulfill the ruleset and to talk to you personally about the crashes on-deck.
When I should stop warning you is not your place to decide, because usually, after a warning comes a kick. You were not kicked here.
Sadly the guy left before I was able to find out much more about the crashes and he apparently was a noob.
