he meant you should read and follow these directions that are listed at the first post of the ban appeals section, the one that says you must read this first.
YOU MUST READ THIS PRIOR TO YOUR BAN APPEAL, FAILING TO COMPLY CAN HAVE YOUR POSTS DELETED AND YOU BANNED FROM OUR WEBSITE!
Provide your cd hash, open pr.exe go to support/keys and then copy your hash and paste it to your appeal, this will speed up the appeal process for you.
1. DO NOT BE DISRESPECTFUL - WE WILL DELETE YOUR POSTS AND YOU COULD BE BANNED FROM THE WEBSITE
2.BE FORWARD AND TO THE POINT, YOU ACTUALLY GET LESS INVOLVEMENT WITH SUPER LONG POSTS, GET TO THE POINT, IF WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND, WE WILL ASK YOU QUESTIONS.
3. DO NOT HIJACK ANOTHER PERSONS THREAD, CREATE YOUR OWN BAN APPEAL, YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED

5. GIVE YOUR IN GAME NAME
