Yep. you should've waited for the clear shot after jet left DoD and should've never fired it near grounded chopper
Why would you kill a heli when you are fighting a jet? because you fired over main base.

So an accidental kill on a heli that i was never aiming for, and chasing a jet into dod is deserving of a perma ban?

we want you to make sure you dont have anymore "accidental" kills on enemy main bases.

Yes, it was never intentional, honestly.
I knew where the 2nd nmy jet was and that was what i was only focusing on. I dislike baserape as much as anyone else and I've learned my lesson. Sorry again.

thats the issue, we arent believing the accident part. If you didnt know you were over the airefield then it is obvious you arent looking out for that, so it tells us you will do it again and claim "accident".
