Hello, i will try to keep this as short as possible, so in a game i was banned due to my use of a racial slur.
I apologize for my childish behaviour even though i have read the rules through, so i ensure that this will not happen from me again, hope to receive your response soon.

I don't mean to be disrespectful but the admins seems to be a little biased, ban appeals which are posted like maybe an hour or two gets immediately lifted, but its been a week and i didn't even receive a reply from a single admin, i know i'm in no place to complain, but i wouldn't call my offense a serious one, and i get it if you don't want to lift my ban, but at least a reply informing me would suffice, you guys are kinda giving me the impression that you don't really care about some of the players
