I was playing normally and all of a sudden got kicked without a reason. I rejoin and after some time playing, got kicked and banned without any warning or nothing. I'm very sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, and the game had just started.

No, you weren't.
You were spamming the commo rose while on an asset at the time and acting like a douche.
Previously in the night you were spamming mumble and were kicked for it after being warned verbally multiple times by more than one admin. Frankly, I've had to kick you for spamming in the past, as well.
