Anyone care to elaborate why i cant join the HOG server? Have i been banned? If so, care to explain why and how long?

Well im not sure what i'v said that is racist, but any way to appeal for this?
I usually/often play on the HOG server so this is a bit unbeknownst for me.

While I was doing some squad lead work, you came around the corner, came close and then you said (in local mumble):
"Nigger(s) say what ...?" Then you took off.
Sounds like racism to me. HOG guys should decide on that.
