Good to start, I apologize for breaking one of the rules, which was to shout for the leader squad. But what I do not justify is why a permanent ban, I just want to know why I got a permanent ban and not a 3 hours or 30 minutes.

You did not respond to my various inquiries, please do not squad lead if you do not use your mic when an admin asks you to. Please reply back here and confirm that you understand the rules.
