1.3 Do not attack enemy bases unless there is a capable flag on it. Bases that have no flag on them are considered out of limits.
People that are trying to bend the rules or like testing the limits will be removed. The rules are clear enough, stay away from main bases.

i think you knew exactly what you were doing and thought you would try and get away with it.

Watch the BR. We had people throughout the city calling their retreat, and all I heard in the MEC tank squad was that they had turned and run after engaging. Our friendly tank was trying to chase but wound up running over a mine, so I figured I could try to finish off the French tank.
I myself would like to see whether he was actually in DoD or not.
