Banned

Hello.i was banned, do not know why (only mistake was 4-7 team kill accidentally, because i am new but did not broken any other rules,i know them) i will be Thankful if u unban me, i like this mod/game so much and your server is only one where i have good ping and can u tell me why i was banned because i do not want to make same mistake.thanks .
