Need some help with Mumble_app.dll error

Need some help with Mumble_app.dll error was created by =HOG=Ruiz321
Guys, I really need some help with this one.
I have all C++ installed and checked, no other missing .dll files. Still mumble fails to load giving the mumble_app.dll error 3 message.
I have both the vc_redist.x64 and.x86 installed for C++ 2015 as required in the update page I don't know what else could be causing this.
Can someone help me out?
BTW I'm using WINDOWS 7 with SP1 currently installed.

Odd, I'd try reinstalling the redist package. www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Possible sometimes something minor went wrong without an error message according to the internet. If you did that already, IDK.

Did it...Installs without a problem every time, both x64 and x86 versions. Reinstalled the whole game after and before installing those 2 C++ shits.
I'll post in the PR forums too, like Haley suggested. However checked every thread on the issue and same reply every time get the C++ shit running. They are..(
Is there a way any of you guys can check if you do have a mumble_app.dll file on your computer and send it to me? Maybe that can fix it.

Here's mine though I'd suggest backing up your current DLL file. Not sure if it would work simply by replacing because it sounds like the code references other code in the C++ library.

Another thing to try though unlikely to help is, Right click the C++ installer and running as admin.
