I have this problem that I cannot speak over Teamspeak while I´m ingame. Using Push-to-talk but gotta tab out first everytime. Already tried it start as an admin. I´m running win7...

This use to happen to me and ran it as admin and it worked fine on windows 7
also try to re-install it

As rage said,i had this problem with discord running as administrator works fine for me
