Was this shootdown OK?

I was in the squad that set up that AA in A7. Our 2 Bradleys were tracked so I brought up a logi to repair and we built AA/Tow emplacements while waiting. In any event, the bottom of 7 row is more than half way across the map from the MEC main. If US can't build there, I would have to say that MEC can't build AA in chem weapons or oil fields either, which is pretty wonky.

Well I didn't flare at all because I thought you were just locking me to mess with me while I was setting up for a landing. Whatever no biggey though and I was technically still out of DOD anyways, even if by just a little.
