scramble function was created by =HOG= Richard.price
Is it just me or the !scramble now command not working anymore?

It's still there.
You can no longer scramble during the round. Scramble can be used during briefing or as !scramble next which probably does what you think. Can be undone with !scramble cancel.
Scramble during the middle of a round would usually crash a server anyway.
