You do understand that you were fully conscious in what you were saying and doing, or are you simply playing coy to have your ban lifted, so you can feel free to shout what you want to players when admins aren't looking?
The issue I have with racism are simple. It's intolerable behavior. This is something that comes from within and if you can't get along with people of different race/gender etc. by respecting them then I don't see a reason for an unban.
This is not my server, but the rules stated are clear, NO RACISM ALLOWED. If you knew the rules then why did you break them?
