Cannot reach HOG website and forums

Hello!

I have been playing PR on HOG for quite a while now. However, I had a hard time reaching the website (as well as forums) ever since I tried to read the rules after I joined the server for the first time.

After asking almost every known HOG admin in the game about this issue no one seems to know the reason.

Perhaps it is because of my location? (I currently live in Ukraine). Nevertheless, I have seen other players from Ukraine and other countries of the former CIS creating topics on the forums without issues.

I do not know what kind of issue it is, to be honest. Without using a VPN I'm simply not able to reach the website. It's not critical by any means, I'm just curious what may cause this problem, and hopefully, I can finally figure it out with your help?
