unban please

hello there,

its been about a week, i teamkilled with a grenade some ppl and im still banned, can you forgive me?
i posted a ban appeal 5 days ago and nobody awnsers.
ive spoken to arms off and he said he can't see me as banned, and he didnt ban me so he can't unban me.
let me play please i wont do it again. my only other ban was because off a mod who wanted my medic kit so he killed me without asking. i got mad and he kicked me.
