Got banned for a small reason

Hey, i got banned 10 minutes ago for tk, but i have a solid cause, i tk a guy who was wasting a jeep, we needed that one vehicle, and he was circling around the main base, i called him, told it to give us the jeep if he's not doing anything, but didn't respond, so i tried to kill it, after ran over me 1 time but didn't manage to kill me i killed him with a grenade, after that he report that i was tking , but his actions? Please atleast tell me the period of ban
