Ban appeal

I joined the server and a few seconds later, right after joining a squad (I didn't even spawn) I got banned (temp or perm?) and I don't know even know why. That's all.

Could you please fix that or give me an explanation?

I didn't even write or say anything as I got banned as soon as I joined the server, so that's very surprising, I believe this is a mistake.

That's what I thought, it is indeed a mistake. It must have been another player who said that word, because I didn't open my microphone at all (or maybe just to say "hi"...). I left the squad quickly because I realized it was a mortar squad, so I joined an infantry squad instead, and that's when I got banned. That's all that happened and believe me, I wouldn't be coming here to appeal my ban if I had actually said that word.

I don't know if you'll believe me, but I really wanted to say that it was a mistake and that you banned the wrong person.
