Ban appeal?

So I've been banned from HOG 3 months ago? Can't really pinpoint when exactly. Yesterday I was able to join, but today I cannot, so not sure what is up with that..  I assume either the ban is still in place or as PR suggests my "account level is too low" to join certain servers. But what concerns the ban is as far as I remember some player rammed a car into our main and it exploded and killed a lot of players in the process and after finding out he was of Arab descent I stated "Of course he's Arab" and I guess some admin considered it as racist and banned me. I said it as a dark joke and did not mean for it to be racist in any way, but an admin thought otherwise and banned me..

P.S. I think quite a few players that played with me and know me can vouch that I never once was even remotely racist or troublesome within the server.
