Didn't read rules & got banned for LAT'ing today - 17/10/2021

Hello, I am new to PR:BF2 and I recently got banned, what happened was I didn't know LAT'ing a vehicle in the northern american fixing area is bannable (I didn't bother to read the rules so its my fault, and I don't play project reality much lol), and it was a permanent ban, I wish to appeal this ban please, since I've now read the rules I apologize to the mods for wasting their time to ban my dumb-self.

TLDR: I didn't bother to read the rules for 5 month after starting to play multiplayer in hog server and got banned for LAT'ing in muttrah
