BAN APEAL JANUARY 31TH

On January the 31th i was perm banned cause of a teamkill. i would like to apeal here explained what happened exactly.
I was part of the CAS squad, the map, although I do not remember wich was it, it was a tropical island between Russia and Great Britain, maybe you know it. In the same squadron we had already distributed who would go on the planes (Mig-21 x2; Mig-29) and in the helicopter, I had been assigned the Mig-29. When they finally spawned the planes, I went to the Mig-29, the one assigned to me, but it was already taken. I asked whoever was there to give me the plane, since it was the one assigned to me, to which he replied saying no, that this was a Mig-21 and that it was his. I am not an expert in fighters, but I know that a Mig 21 has a particular design different from any plane, and also both Mig 21 were taken by those who had assigned them, so the only plane that was left was the Mig 29. Repeated times I told the pilot of Mig 29 to get off, I even got in front of the plane so he would not advance, but nevertheless he said no, that this was a Mig 21 and that it was HIS. I said "Look at the other pilots and the assets, there are already two pilots in the two Mig 21, so there is only the Mig 29", obviously he did not listen to me and he ran over me making me a teamkill and he continued towards the track. I kept complaining about the mumble, I reported it several times in the chat, but nothing happened. When I reappeared, I did it with the LAT kit, I grabbed the RPG and hit the plane while I was on the runway.
Although i know and admit that the teamkill was intentional, i would like to explain the reason to it here. Sorry for the long thread.
