Because I knew Glory before he joined POV, and I now know a different glory since joining POV. Tust me Niko keeps a close eye on his clan and won't have anyone bring a bad name towards it, I do the same with MeRk.
Also having POV on your server will itself increase the teamwork ten fold, that's what they are like.
