He's guilty, he hides it well but I know him very well from the good old times when there wasn't that many cheaters around. He does well to mask by associating with skilled players. The only good tell is seeing how he always moves towards enemies, not hard to spot or kill them when your ESP lets you go in the best possible position every time.
