Seriously? Ban?

I ACCIDENTALLY teamkilled two guys because of my tank barrel (I wasn't driving obviously) hit friendly plane on ground. I apologized. As is written in point 7 section 1 of rules " Do not teamkill, even at the end of the round, accidents happen, apologize for accidental tk's." so why ban without any warnings or questions?

I wanted to know the position of the server administrators because since yesterday I am being banned without explanation I am from Brazil I speak very English and today on the map ramiel I was banned 2 times with the argument that I was in the wrong squad I was directed to go to the correct squad I was again banned from the game administrators could be more patient

You shouldn't be near the CAS bunkers at all. Your tank spawn and repair bay are on the other half of the aircraft field, and people wait a very long time for CAS to spawn, only for you, a TANK, for some reason being around CAS, to teamkill them.

It's fine, it's not a big deal. Accidents happen, but typically when CAS gets teamkilled on the ground, it's a griefer or it's virus. That usually prompts a permaban. You're fine, I just wasn't sure if you were another griefer.
