Well, I'm new to the game and I don't know much about how to play but well, today I was playing in a squad where they were a bit toxic, I eat well I just put on the basic kit and when I threw my grenades my teammates or my boss squad got into where he threw the grenade and killed him and then told me that I was very bad, after all that I changed equipment and wanted to grab a helicopter and a boy comes and tells me to leave or it makes me tk and He reports to me and I go out and as I am new, I took my knife and did not know that the knife went through the helicopter doors and I made it tk unintentionally and apologized but I was banned.
I would like to know if you can revoke the ban for the issue that I am just starting to play and I do not know so much about the game but I always play in hog and it was the first time something like this happened to me and I always listened to the admins and my teammates.

If I'm new, a week ago I started playing the game and I still don't know all the mechanics of the game and all the bugs that exist.
Also, whenever I play, I play alone and nobody wants to talk to me or be with me just for the simple fact that I am new and my English is not very good.
The rules that I broke:
Do not teamkill, even at the end of the round, accidents happen, apologize for accidental tk’s.
Keep the all chat to a minimum.
Not to steal assets from other squads
