Ban Appeal

1. Saying something multiple times will not make it true and neither will it change already made decision. Reporting once in most cases is enough, reporting even after admin responded is not necessary.
2. Most of the players of enemy team close to DoD were around the flag that was in play (with an exception of that tigr which was danger close to the DoD border, but in the end didn't kill anything inside it) and the nearest AA was 500m from the DoD. That is more than enough space for assets to maneuver and find alternative path to enter the field of battle.
3. As i've said, i will not involve myself in that.
4. Your ban consisted both things. Both spam and false report + shooting from DoD.

1. It wasn't about 1 person. If person a moves and person B comes to DOD for example, it would be strange if I cannot report him because I already reported person A.
2. there is a difference between fighting for a flag DOD (wich was in this case on the SHORE!) and camping DOD close.
3. Ok.
4. you could have punished me for spam at that point, but you didn't. Why waiting?
But obviously the 2 of us aren't gonna get out of this discussion. If an admin who goes about this reads this, I want to apologize for my 'report spam'. I just thought it was really fucked up and annoying that we got DOD camped. IF my reports were false (but they still weren't in my opinion) I want to apologize for that too, but I don't think that is a permban since I it was nonintentional and I reported an intentional false report and you didn't do anything about it. Again, I didn't do anything wrong in my opinion.

Indeed, i stand by my points completely anyhow.
Final decision will be made by senior admins.

I still would like to get an explanation why granders INTENTIONAL false report (wich I reported with evidence) didn't get punished, and I did get punished while it was unintentional 'false' report.
