I really need help

okay guys im new i have no idea how this site works ive been payn PR for almost a year now on the HOG mixed maps server if been banned before and after 2 weeks i was able to play again but know i dont really rember why i was banned but it has been a month now i probabaly was banned for a granade in the end of the round i mean i wound never steel or kil just cuz im bored i just dont have anything else to play soo can someone help me fix this and yeah thank u guys for ur time i really dont know how the things work in this web site or how to remove my ban pease someone help me <3 much love boys 

1 month oh gosh okay i understand is there a way by any chance can u tell me what bad word did i sayed so i dont repeat the same mistake and if know who was the guy that i offended so i can apologies for my bad bihavier thanks man <3 and sorry for my bad english and again thank u for u time ur a legend

hey man it says 4 weeks i belive i posted this at lest 2 weeks afther the ban i mean more than a month has passed away and i jus tryied and im still banned
