i want to get unbanned PLS

I just downloaded the game and i was in a game at a spawn or something like that, there was 3 of my teammates. i aimed at them to see if they are enemys or not. But the name didnt showed up so i thougt it was an enemy and i killed them with a granade, then i got kicked and got a perm ban. ill promise ill never do it again and i would like to get unbanned as soon as possible.

Only 2 ways to distinguish enemies from friends are their uniform and if they appear on the map (M).

i have a question. I started PR again and i got an message saying "We couldnt find the PR launcher. please reinstall PR". After i reinstalled PR, i couldnt find my BigRoko0 account or player, so i made a new player.
