Unjustfull ban

Hello, I am writing to you because of an unjustful ban you have put on me. The guy that reported me on your forum (link to thread below) stated, that me and my friend (Shark), are cheaters. Only proof he delivers though, is a link to tracker (which shows only map view, not first person perspective of me, my friend and that reporting guy) and a "fact", that we are new to the game. That is false as well, as my friend has been playing for over two years, and I've been playing for about  a year but we have new accounts (due to PC and email changes). I can assure we weren't cheating, we had a really good round back then. If you watch the tracker replay from the beginning, you can see us completely outplaying our enemies (I was gunning and Shark driving), who got a bit nervous on us for destroying all their assets in a one run. Then we went RTB, AND we swapped roles (Shark gunning, me driving). We were afraid, that they might expect us on the left side of the map, so we went for the right side (also left had been already cleared by us, so there was no point going there, logical, right?). As we were driving, we spotted that combat engineer (he was looking at us over the sandbags, so we saw his head xD). Also his legs got bugged and we saw them sticking through the wall. So Shark started shooting where he might run to. First run wounded him, but second one missed badly that guy, so claim that he was using wall is stupid and ridiculous. Also later, we drove on a mine and a combat engineer came to Shark detonating a tracked tank. How would those things be possible with our "wallhacks" or "Ghosting"? Why did one of your admins made such an unprofessional decision? He surely watched that tracker, and he didn't notice Shark missing that shot? If he wasn't cheating, I would told him where he should aim, but instead we drove away. Maybe none of us had any cheats?
