Ok, Spartacus, u have a long list of offenses that you dont deny, then u go all Karen on Lespyd when u points it out. You are a bit of a troll and do not seem able to obey the rules....then u joke about DDOS....not funny. I will leave it to Lespyd to decide what to do with u.

Pheew, you are right. I got a bit negligent with the rules in the recent months and there were some minor but unnecessary and perhaps annoying transgressions on my part. Bottomline is, that I really need to tighten up again and get my stuff together. Joking about DDOS eventually crossed a line and I got punished, rightfully so, as I see it now. A deserved wake up call and I probably had it coming for quite a while. Granted, the attempt to Karen my way out of this was more of a desperate cry for help than reasonable argumentation, as the 3 days of isolation (that is, Gun Game) were already starting to get to me. I acknowledge that most certainly I really need some kind of time out in order to get things right again and re-adjust my attitude accordingly. Could we somehow talk Lespyd (who happens to be an admirably competent, rethorically apt administrator who professionally kept his calm all the way through) into mitigating the punishment into something non-permanent? Like a month or so? Or at least allow me to re-appeal after a certain period of time, regarding the fact that I, more often than not, successfully lead squads, making for epic game experiences for many players many times? Man, but I really get the point this time, that I need to get back to that zero tolerance discipline concerning the server rules and must not be sloppy about the rules anymore. I really got the point, I guess.

Sorry for the late response, it took me a good few hours to read through the 9000 kicks/warnings that you have received.
So basically what I'm seeing here is that you were banned for asking for a DDOS site, to which you say "was a joke". Interesting joke seeing a DDOS is against the law. So you have openly admitted to wanting to break the law. That's basically like going into a store are yelling over the loud speaker "where can I purchase a gun with no serial number". Then getting arrested and saying "it was just a prank bro", the expecting the cops to be like "lol you got us" you're free to go.
THEN I see the reports. You may be one of the most decorated players for kicks/warns for the same damn thing I've seen in a while. That's impressive. I guess we should just turn a blind eye and say you were just joking and it's okay. If that was one of a few offenses you had I'd be like meh, 2 weeks should be enough. Seeing that following rules is not your strong suit and that you break the same 3rules at least 10 times a piece(tk, locked inf squad and asset waste) I'll take the 2weeks then multiply that by the amount of warnings/kicks for tks THEN take that, and multiply it by the amount of times for locked squad,you see where this is going?
But that would require me to do math and to be honest a person like yourself who cannot learn from mistakes and just follow simple ass rules doesn't deserve that.
So the sounds of it, myself Haley and les, either you are banned for good or you eat the 2weeks*tk*waste*locked squad. Your choice.

First of all, it kinda makes me sad to see this blown out of proportion and me being made an example of like this, after all the time and effort i have put into keeping this community alive (yes, indeed). But OKAY !! I see the point. Therefore I decide that I'd rather stick with that fomula. But if you want this to be taken seriously, we should really exclude the "locked sq" warnings, taking into account that I am really a good guy, benefiting the community and significantly contributing above average to the gameplay mostly? Those locked warnings happen all the time! Once you got a good bunch of players together, lock it, and then after people leave, you forget about opening in the middle of the game..so if you agree to that. I can do the math and do my time. But let me tell you one thing. Today, I am pleading partially guilty, bidding for a lower sentence, temp ban respectively..So. I accept. But what is the bigger picture? Be aware that heavy-handed administrative conduct, procedures like this will inexerably precipitate a decimation of the decent players still around and eventually you're gonna be be left with a playerbase that mostly comprises guys the likes of Niki-Tret, Skamp and - not to forget - MahmoodtheDealer. Am I right? Time will tell. Time...

are you going to stop breaking rules including locked squads and understand the next admin action against you is permanent?

Oh boy, I DO!! Can't remember feeling stronger about anything in the last, let's say, month or so. I did the math and it's not too promising, but I can already tell how this whole process has changed me towards a better, more thoughtful player! I can see the rules clearly in front of me now, and I will check back with them on any possible dubious situation that is coming my way. If not so, perm action will be taken, and there is no more chance for me to play on the server. Got it!!
