Ban of Course Racism towards MTG Rapha

I're summarizing what happened:
On August 21, on the Black Gold map, on the Russian or Chinese side I do not remember well, the player [MTG]Rapha had created a squad of "TANK" which closes or blocks with only 2 members. The members of my clan reported what this player was doing, which after the warning opens the squad, enters and says "No, manito(Portuguese language)vc can not be in this squad badly parido do merda, and I took out, by the simple echo of having reported it.The player seeing that I insisted on participating and playing in the tank squad, makes a false report saying that I had said "Macaco", Offensive insult for Brazil, I have several of my teammates who were present in that game which can deny what I report.I expect a prompt response from those responsible for the hog administration, as I take the time to come and ask for ban appel for a fool, this is the first time it happens to me

There's no excuse for it. Racism is a minimum one-month ban. Next time think before you say something. If he didn't want you in the squad then you should have left it at that and did something else. You can't force someone to have you in THEIR squad.
