banned for 3 h for no reason and i was the victim

I got banned for a childish reason i was sniping up on a crane and someone from my team just pushed me to my death then I respawned and the same guy started chasing me i told him to stop and he didn't and while i was aiming he pushed me again and walked in my line of fire and I shot him and someone chatted about me not responding in chat and I got banned saying the reason I didn't respond to admin
