Ban Appeal (dejan9122) was created by =HOG= Dejan
I got banned off discord and PR server by Lespyd for "bullshit reports and taking matters into his own hands" for reporting a mass tk as it was happening and teamkilling the guy which already bombed the same group of friendlies twice before. He singlehandedly costed us 2 caches, but that is besides the point.
Id like to appeal the "bullshit reports" part of the ban primarily as there was nothing bullshit about my report, I literarly reported a guy that did 3 mass tks of 5+ people while there were no admins on.
About taking matters into my own hands, it was firstly self defense as I did not want to end up tkd again and secondly wanted to protect from further tks, and I was not the only one that killed him in during that. I know it is against the rules (even with that it wouldnt warrant a perma ban), but I believe it was partially justified even tho it was wrong. I called the admins thru discord server in the middle of all that happening.
So only parties involed here are me and Lespyd. I believe I was banned just out of Lespyd's will, because ban came after the exchange via discord and after a kick. Lespyd first kicked me for teamkill then after discord exchange he said something along the lines "You know what, I will ban you". I dont believe that is fair and definitely not how a head admin should act as they are a "rolemodel" for other admins.

No, This is absolutely irrelevant to the case.
I didnt teach anyone rules or enforce any rules myself at the time of ban, only bad thing I have done was tk the guy that INTENTIONALLY(not by accident) has thrown several grenades into a bunch of friendlies. And EVERY SINGLE ONE of my squadmates at the time will testify to that, reach out to any of them via game or discord if they are there and they will confirm it. It was not an accident it was intentional throwing of grenades several times and several more of attempted (when I tkd him). And relevant chat logs will show that also, why dont you post those here, chatlogs of those mass tks.
I have been banned just because you wanted to do so, am I not correct? Because you "cant stand my shit"?
And post the relevant tracker info, not some random shit from months before more than half of which is wrong interpretation of new rules by admin (ex. getting warned to stop camping a bridge which is absolutely OK by the rules) or funny troll report on me by Pablack

So I am breaking the "Dont take matters into your own hands" which warrants a kick to 24h ban by the rules. Which I have already served.
If there are rules they should be respected and I respect them, and I dont do any tks out of malice but good intention for the team. I believe that there should be amendment to the rules when no admins are present in the server (which is more and more common issue especially in the transition period between EU and US timezones) which allows teamkills under certain very restricted circumstances.
I believe that the perpetrator which has done those mass tks still isnt banned but I am. If that is the case it means that you are more concerned with individual tks which are more common but have little impact on the game or community than with mass intentional tks which ruin the game for most people and make some people quit the game completely.
EDIT: So what is the point of rules then, to keep the game alive by providing nice and fair gameplay to everyone? If that is not the point, what is?
