Hello,

4de2213af54144cdb2067130305a2b5d | Xmel

I entered the game on Icebound - Seasonal, as China vs British. I placed "glhf" on the all chat before the game started, and said on squad leader radio "Squad one is going to Oscar One" as the game was starting. Then, moments after, I instantly got banned for racism. I don't understand why I was banned and I am appelling to the ban because I think I should't have been banned and I want to play on the HOG PR servers the little time I have with my friend and I got fucked up because of this ban.

Regards,
Xmel.

Hello again

First of all, I didn't remember at all if I sayed that because I normally say a lot of "tick" words that I repeat multiple times maybe just saying that to my self and sometimes I say that to the outside and you hear it. If you play with me maybe you can hear me multiple times just saying, for example, ching chong (or ping pong, or king kong) playing Escape From Tarkov or Arma 3. The guy "Ander" that I was playing with can confirm you that, and sometimes I'm very anoying but I'm trying to fix that.

Second thing I gotta say: May I ask, ¿Saying "ching chong" is considered racism according to the actual definition of racism in the dictionary? Really? If that's racist just put me in the jail.

In the spanish dictionary it says that racism is (translated to english):
1. m. Belief that maintains the superiority of one ethnic group over the others, which leads to discrimination or social persecution.

I didn't do any of that, and anyone who you ask with a critic sense and at least a functional and not manipulated brain will say that that's not racism. The only thing that they can say is that that expression it's POSSIBLY offensive to some persons but that's not my intention and even you, shabz, can reason that. If that's the case just keep reading.

Third thing I gotta say, If I remember you banned for racism another guy just some minutes ago before me. ¿Is it intelligent of me saying something supposedly racist just a moment after you banned that guy? I think that this explains my point about the thing that I said wasn't racist and maybe was offensive for example to you and you banned me.

Fourth thing, even If I'm not able to make you to reason about that "racism" term. Isn't more efficient saying that guy with your direct message commands, "Hey, we consider that the ching chong thing you said is possibly going to be offensive for some persons. Don't say it a again please or we'll ban you X days."?

Hi,

The tick argument lost a lot of merit the more you kept typing.

You googled the definition of racism. Now Google ching chong.

As it says every time you load into the server "Anything remotely resembling racism is a one month ban".

Many have been banned for usage of this term.

Post here in 29 days and ban will be lifted.
