got banned because of someone said nword

hello i hope you have a good day, i was playing last match at outpost (taliban/ poland) when the match ended and as you all know ppl get wild , someone screamed the N word and when the match started i saw someone got banned after that i got banned and maybe i know why, and admin joined our squad and i was quiet , because i use discord vc, then he banned me , my friend told me that 3 ppl got banned after me . 
i hope i did explain the situation good as possible.
