Sorry for inconveniencing everyone concerned.

Just read all of this. I have to say that Mr. Jenkins is an accomplished LIAR. I Spoke to him only once during the whole match, this was when I inadvertently joined his squad. As I stated in my initial post, I freely admit that I called him a prick, because that is my, and many others, opinion of him. I fail to see how he can say that I continually abused him when I was not anywhere near him, for the short time I was on the server. I am sad he has been let off, as he will see this as a minor victory and will induce him to continue his trolling.
However, I can see this from the Admin point of view. Impartiality is paramount. All I can say is time will tell and a Leopard cannot change his spots. He will undoubtedly transgress again.
