@MauwMa I checked all involved networks now and as it seems your network range is flagged as a vpn within the service realitymod uses to detect vpn's. I checked both yours and your friends newtorks against a different vpn disclosure service and you were not detected there.
Your hash hasn't changed between your old ISP and the one you do use now. Therefore I can confirm your PR account having a clean history. At this point I suspect your IP being used as a vpn endpoint or being part of a vpn network at some point.
What do we do now?
I am adding your hash to PRTAs whitelist. After the server restarted, you'll be able to play again. The next restart is happening tomorrow morning at 6am UTC. A server crash might let it happen earlier however^^
Feel free to copy paste this message and present it to HOG admins. In case you want to appeal there as well.
