Hello, I'm xtreme, and my first permaban of any server that I know of. I was playing on Khami tonight, and all of a sudden, my screen froze, and before you know itI was "perma" banned from the server according to my TS mates. I had been playing for approximately 2 hours with no incident before. I put on 2L2Q tags as a one time thing (on another server) a while ago, but forgot to remove them when playing on HOG. I'm aware of the notoriety the tag carries, and I apologize in advance for the disturbance it caused.
Admin attending was Jevski (PRISM)

have you tried to join? the last ban was a temporary ban (3 hours) back on the 4th. i do not show that hash in the ban list.

It must have been erased at some point. I'm able to join again it seems, thanks.
