First ban " killing own fobs". Did you ask/warn me before you banned me? No. Reason. I was being commander for MEC team. All the fight was going on at WCC but we had a full 8 man squad at fortress being retarded and not listening to my requests. So i reported them for not playing as a team. Nobody answered. Next thing the SL did at fortress was to build a useless fob to ensure their stupidity and uselessness. Therefore i destroyed that fob and WOW, they started moving towards objectives that were actually in play. Then obviously somebody reported me and probably added some "extravagant" spice to the report that got me banned. Without any warning BTW.

Second was today on Saaremaa. I was APC SL. i started the squad with 3 people. I agreed to give one apc to tank squad and the 3 apc was taken by TP clan without asking (they had a mechinf sq). I didnt mind that. So the game went on. Admin wanted the TP guys to join apc squad, i let them in. Same for the tank guys who joined apc sq. At that point i had my sq locked. Later tank guys left and there was 4 of us. We played well and we won the match. Throughout the whole round, no admins had no complaints about me locking the sq or anything else, and then at the end of the round Jevski comes with his badhammer.

Question: What in the hell are you doing? Is this how you treat loyal players and seeders of your server? Can I help you?

I am really looking forward to an answer, why are people getting banned without any warning and without hearing out both sides. Is this the standard of your admining?

No I didnt warn you, if you had read our rules, which our logs show you clearly haven't, you would know the first paragraph in the rules.

We expect everyone who plays on HOG servers to understand the rules and because of this, we do NOT issue warnings when rules are broken.

There is no rule on HOG that states that Squadleaders have to follow Co orders, which you would know if you had read them.

While I dont agree that a sqd at fortress is a good tactics at certain times, its not against the rules. At the time you started to complain, the sqd at fortress at 17-1 kills and had taken out at least one apc. If I where to kick ppl where I didnt agree it was a good tactics, our server would be empty, I cant count the number ive seen an apc go..."whee lets go get some kills, and off he goes into an urban area alone, and dies within 2 minutes."

As to the locked sqd...uhm yeah thats a new one for you isnt it. You never lock the sqd.

So, only going from logs that go back to january(since I see a perm ban on the old forum also) I count 5 tempbans, 2 perms, numerous warnings for tk, locked sqds and resigns.

It is a nice tactic to just pull stuff from the last HALF year of history . I hope you acually read this all through because i remember most of this. firstly I belive that you yet again have banned the wrong person. From the old forum Brah Ban.13 had to have a permaban not ME who is Brah Potato. I have been banned because of this misunderstanding 2 times now if i remember correctly.

I understand that you have rules on your server, but it is common sense to check before you ban a person. Half of these records are because some stupid public cunts reported my name because they got hurt, not because i disobeyed a rule. For example the HAT incident, where that fuckwit Crow was tying to kill me and trying to bait me to TK him. What was I left to do if no admin was responding until it was too late.

Also this open your locked squad thing is cheap. are you saying that I am the only one who locks squads?
Dont tell me that YOU would play with just about anyone.

FYI: Potato_chan and Brah potato are not the same person. I never run free kit squads, i hate that shit.

Jevski. One thing is pulling ut the record book, second is actually translating into arguments and understandable content. Its the same with the law.

As for the squad with superpuper K/D at fortress. Was that really the argument? they killed 17 people from there and that means they can do what they want? does that mean that whenever I have played on HOG and had high kill ratio with my friends, means that we can do whatever we want?
Its obvious that you dont have to follow CO orders, but its obvious that you should use teamwork at all times (right?). And i believe this squad was not.

I could explain very single record here that you have pulled if u will. but i can already say that 70% of this is just empty reports. Why didnt you pull out records of my reporting history? How much I have helped admins by reporting idiots?

Anyway, perhaps im a bit pissed off because its not the first time that I have been mistaken for someone else and banned for it. All I request is to look at this thing from my perspective, because I sure as hell have tried to do see this from yours, an i dont get it why people are constantly getting banned over small things and/or even by mistake

If someone keeps joining your sqd after you kick him REPORT IT, Dont lock it. Why are you complaining about a punishment for breaking the rules? I didnt force you to lock, you chose to take matters into you own hand. Same with the tks. Again, its simple. YOU took matters into your own hand, with Crow, and with the deletion of fob.

The sqd at fortress didnt break any, they where just using a tactics you didnt agree with. They had cohesion, they communicated, they killed the enemy, they killed enemy assets.

But here we are again. You got banned thought nothing of it, and joined again, and broke the rules...again.

But how was Potato supposed to know he got perma banned, especially since he was able to join your server yesterday. If he was banned he wouldn't be able to join the server, right?

A point about taking matters into your hand:

So why did Potato get perma banned then? You're overblowing this thing like crazy, he made 0 serious mistakes that would warrant a perma ban and he has played for many years.

Just look at the reports you found of him, does that really seem like a problem player to you, locking squads and getting reported for singular teamkills is all...
