Bulls ban appeal

I got banned by geo for base raping, i don't believe i base raped him if i did it was a misunderstanding because i did not intentionally want to base rape him, i didn't look @ the map of where i was, when i engaged his froggy, and the rules where not in my attention at that moment, i hope we solve this as i have a decent clean record on hog and helped reporting players.mistakes happen , Thank you.

You can ignore everything after 9:00, just wanted to show who the a10 pilot was.

Bulls rules are very clear on this and you and been playing on our server long enough to know them by now.... This was intentional and instead of admitting your wrong doing you hoped on Team Speak and started to harass me which is not how you do thing and you should know that by know also.

Do not attack enemy bases unless there is an attack flag on it. Bases that have no flag on them are considered out of limits. People that are trying to bend the rules or like testing the limits will be removed. The rules are clear enough, stay away from main bases.

Do not attack or chase and attack enemy aircraft that are over their own main base.

I fucked up and base raped but it was not my intention to base rape, the thing was i didn't even know i was on your main geo untill i got banned , the thing was the whole situation was really fast i didn't pay attention to anything else beside trying to kill you, i was wrong i was over your main and technically base raped you so i would like to apologize and i wont make that mistake in future if you guys decided to unban me, cheers.

Since Bulls and AAfromMain( PacD?) keep antagonizing me ingame for posting the BR footage here and blaming me for their ban because apparently i am always around if they get in trouble (bull's words) and generally being very arrogant, i am not going to stay neutral anymore and will say a few more things.

This is not the first time bulls baseraped me in cas, it happened 2 times before.

Once during takeoff in the A10 on khami (not sure about the server anymore) and once in kashan while landing, already pointing at the runway, flying very low and slow and only 1 grid away from main (on DPRC server).
Both of those times i was not in a dogfight with him and he came out of nowhere. When i confronted him he always lied and claimed i was at a totally different grid when he shot me down, sadly i could not prove him wrong since there was no BR available at this time on the servers, but there were people who saw it going down.

He also once blatantly lied about me baseraping and killing a trans helo after i won a dogfight against him and flew over his main without engaging anything, which almost got me banned from the server.

All this led me to believe he intentionally basecamps jets, but he nearly convinced me otherwise after reconciling with him, when he told me that if he had done it at all it must have been unintentionally and i wanted to believe him to leave the whole argument behind me and hoped he would not do it again.

His reaction towards me after his ban and me posting the BR strongly suggests to me now that he is guilty of intentional basecamping.

Looking at the BR footage now, it seems like premeditation that he is flying straight to our main without turning, because every cas pilot knows if you are looking for jets you better constantly turn.

The only redeeming factor about this basecamp is that it occured at high altitude unlike his other basecamps, so it can be argued that the higher airspace above main should not be considered protected, although the HOG rules are pretty clear about that the altitude does not matter.
Gunny seems to be completely innocent though, since he was only copilot and could not interfere in any of this.

If you unban bulls and AAfromMain(PacD?), please keep an eye on them so they do not camp the main again.
