banned for 1 tk

(In game name Sgt_Dogface) On 10/16/16 I was banned by jevski. Details: My vehicle was destroyed by a friendly explosive device. I was badly wounded but still alive. I exited the vehicle to see a teammate jump out of hiding & start to run away. I chased him repeatedly asking why he just destroyed my vehicle but was ignored. I highlighted him on the map & checked to see what squad he was in so I could get his name & report him for disruptive play/destroying friendly vehicles/general ass-hattery but he wasn't in a squad. I shot him so a TK message would reveal his name & I could report him & hopefully admins would warn or kick him. To my surprise it was jevski. I was immediately banned for a single teamkill.

I didnt "jump" out of hiding, you just saw me moving around the cache area.

You didnt say anything to me at all. You just walked up behind me, shot me, and then ran away. No explanation, no nothing.

After you shot me you didnt say anything. No explanation as to why you thought it was a good idea to tk me nor an apology, and you had plenty of time to do that. Also you didnt issue any report also as you say your plan was.

So making jokes about longtime players is how you've decided to admin now super ? Sorry to hear that, I thought you were above that.

Most of your post simply isn't true jevski but I'm not going to get into a pissing match with you. Yes I bumped a car but nowhere near hard enough to explode a non damaged vehicle. Yes as soon as I got out of the burning vehicle I saw you jump out of the corner from behind some sort of wreckage or debris as if hiding. Yes I did follow you & ask you why you had destroyed my car, I don't know if you didn't hear me or what but your lack of response was what made me think it was intentional. I thought you were some pubber who was intentionally TKing & I've always tried to help you guys keep your server idiot free by reporting ppl like that when I see them. Obviously when I saw it was you I was trying to figure out what had happened but before I could respond you banned me (while other guys had multiple TKs without even so much as a warning I might add) so I'm not sure why a single TK by me prompted you to bypass the warning and/or kick that other players are entitled to & go straight to a ban but whatever. Now you can tell the story any way you like but I've been playing with you guys long enough for you to know that I don't just run around teamkilling & asshatting. It was obviously a misunderstang.
