HOLLYWOOD's Ban Appeal / Unfair Treatment

Hey guys, it's HOLLYWOOD again. My account here has been blocked, again! I don't know why I have been treated so unfairly here at HOG recently. I made one mistake and was permanently banned. Before making anymore mistakes, I came to your forums to appeal this action which is what I should've done in the first place yet I get blocked for trying to discuss the issue at hand. I'll be honest, at first I tried to explain myself in an entertaining fashion but that message clearly seemed to be grossly misunderstood. I probably said too much and could've been way more concise which is my bad. Despite that, I attempted to reiterate myself multiple times to no avail. All that I received back is snippets of my own testimony along with false accusations about "targeting admins" which I did not do. There has been no real evidence presented against me such as logs or battle records as seen in most every other ban appeal on this forum, regardless of the outcome. In a case where someone is being permanently banned for something I feel that I at least deserve that right. I must reiterate also again that I have never had any other major issues with any servers, including this one, ever! I take this game seriously 99.9% of the time and will change that to 100% on this server if you reconsider lifting my ban. This was an isolated incident and all I was upset about was a few trolls disrupting a very serious, coordinated squad that I was apart of. I have done a hell of a lot more good on this server in the past than highlighted in this single action. I am sorry and am embarrassed that I crashed that trans chopper and team killed those two guys and obviously won't do it again. All I ask for is equal treatment and a second chance. I've been playing with you guys for a long time and distraught at the fact that I have been treated so unfairly and harshly recently for seemingly this one single incident. After all this time, all lot of you have to know by now that I am a good guy with good intentions that solely focuses on trying to win the game. I hope you can remember. Please reconsider giving me a second chance. Thanks.

First, I'm only trying to appeal my permanent ban. I know what I did was wrong but I have never done nothing wrong in the past. I'm definitely not a troll and the squad I was in was getting attacked by griefers! We were only standing up to them at the cost of our teams assets which was totally not cool. I just tend to deal with these type of people in-game because I usually find it most effective and I already admitted that that incident was taken too far. I didn't do anything to the admins other than complain a bunch in chat, the first half of which was due to the griefers, and am pretty sure I even finished saying to them something like "I'm done," which then after *20* minutes attacked the griefers. When did I say I don't respect the admins?! Another accusation which I have tried multiple times to make clear that I in fact do...how else can I say it, I've clearly proved it after playing on your server for so long! Why would I play here and STILL want to play here if I didn't respect them?! I was definitely confused why they never responded but finally realized after reading all the rules on your website that you have a policy about admins not responding and that everything should be taken to the forums. I'm pretty sure I even acknowledged this in a previous post on an earlier thread somewhere. But I must reiterate also again that I didn't know that since this is my first time on any PR server forum since I have never have been in any trouble in the past!. I have admitted to committing a crime that in your rules is temp-ban-able even though an asset was involved. If you would please grant me the game log for my own sake, I would greatly appreciate it. Then maybe also you will see where I'm coming from because we STILL have a misunderstanding. I shouldn't be held accountable for the other 3 guys actions that were involved. And obviously I know you guys own the server and you can do whatever you want. I'm just saying from my standpoint, I am feeling extremely suppressed for some unknown reason. So if that's how you want to treat players here then so be it. All I'm saying is we have a huge misunderstanding and I would like the facts to speak for themselves. It's beyond me why this simple request for the truth cannot be granted. I keep coming back because I feel as if my wishes are being ignored! I'm a good guy and you're not giving me a fair chance to defend myself. Things that only you guys have accused me of! I have to continually try to convince you otherwise for things I never did. Please hear me out on that.

I an unsatisfied with the appeal process because the facts have been suppressed. I just want to see the logs for that round. I feel like somehow this will exonerate me but I haven't been given that right to a fair defense.

I already acknowledged that I understand it was not my job to handle trolls and griefers after thoroughly reading through your rules. And I did report it!...multiple times, with no action taken by the admins so I regrettably handled it myself.

I was done with the admins when I said I was done! I was done spamming chat and reporting with no response so decided to handle things myself. Not by attacking any admins but by attacking the griefers! How can I prove this any other way if we can't review the facts.

I play this game whenever I feel like it and don't have any restrictions determining the time I play so whatever your concluding about NA is irrelevant. I play on all servers from around the world at all times of day and I create quality games any round I am apart of. There are always multiple servers to play on which have continued to play and enjoy this game on without HOG but hope that will change. This is simply the first and only server which I am unable to participate on anymore. Being a person a high integrity, I am solely trying to reconcile with you guys. I do not wish to create enemies.

I understand that if I would've read the rules thoroughly I could have avoided the situation I found myself in. I just never had any problems before playing with common sense and never found it necessary to read all the rules for every different server I participate on. I made a mistake.

I am feeling suppressed because I feel that if the logs and facts are actually presented at some point you will see what specific actions I took. Without that all we have is hearsay and accusations made after misunderstanding a testimony taken out of context since we have been unable to actually see the context of the situation. That is all I'm saying.

The truth is the battle recorder and game log which have yet to be revealed for whatever reason. Yet again, you are accusing me of "teaching the admins a lesson." I already said and reiterated if I wasn't clear, which seems to be the case, that I attacked the griefers in an attempt to teach them a lesson that they shouldn't disrupt organized squads for their selfish desires. How many times to I need to say it? If you actually knew what I did then I wouldn't have to keep defending myself.

I do not feel I was given a fair chance. I don't know why you can't just look at the facts of my actions. I just feel like I haven't been proven guilty of these accusations of going after the admins. If you were to look at the facts with an open mind you will clearly see who I was targeting, its pretty simple.

I have never ban evaded before. I don't know if you mean on this forum or whatever but I don't know why I would be banned from a forum. You are just taking away a member who could possibly contribute to this community even if I wasn't allowed on your specific PR server. Point in case, I was able to provide a first hand account of that Cody member's actions he detailed in another thread. I don't know why you would bar me from helping make PR a better place.

I am still a good guy and don't feel as if I have been given a chance. An honorable chance and act of faith would be to allow me to play on your server again on double secret probation or something. Especially since this is my first and only real incident that I have ever been a part of, ever!. I mean, if not that than at least open up the facts and allow me a fair trial.

Again, I never said "I did nothing wrong." These new words are being put in my mouth, again. One thing I never did was attack the admins!!! Please try not to take me out of context. I have tried dearly to convince you guys otherwise that I did not do that after being accused of that multiple times. Please look at the facts. That's all I ask.

If you think that will help your case, you are more than welcome to dig through them and create a video. At this point I would just say leave it alone and in a few months maybe come back and ask if the head admins to reconsider. Right now your ban is fresh in their heads and creating new accounts and threads is only adding fuel to the fire.
