[KOF]KingLilMoses Ban Appeal

I need to know if my ban is temporary of permanent, if so please lift it, I honestly don't exactly remember the exact reason why I was kicked in the first place but I do remember one specific incident in which I was testing a Russian HAT inside the main base (I was just trying to figure out how to fire it by shooting a distant bunker, which I made sure had no friendly troops near it) after I shot the HAT I was approached by another team mate which warned me that I couldn't shoot in main, I told him I was just testing it but he then proceeded to report me to the admin ( I did apologize in chat, but soon after I got kicked). My reason for doing so is the following: I had crates nearby which I could use to reload and adjust my aim. I never had bad intentions when I decided to do what I did, I just wanted to acquire the necessary skills to be able to correctly use the HAT in battle. I now understand and respect that I can't fire HATs in main. HOG is truly my favorite server in PR, I get the best ping in it, the player-base is awesome and it would really suck if this insignificant incident blew my chances of ever playing on it again.

Oh wow so sorry for that, yeah that was on Black Gold I remember now. Happened last night and I had been trying to get a HAT but people kept beating me to it. I spawned right next to the crate and took me less then two seconds to run to it and try to grab it but soon realized then somebody else had taken it, I looked up and saw this guy run with it and get in a logi. I followed him and filled with disbelieve and saltiness that someone else had beat me to the HAT again I yelled some insults at him, I never intended to TK him but in the heat of the moment I accidentally left clicked and my gun fired from the hip and struck my team mate in the head
Again I apologize for my actions but the deed is done and I will gladly take my punishment, may I know what it's going to be?

What's in the video?

From what I can understand, you can't accidently click to teamkill anyone in a situation like that. That's how I see it.
