Banned/temp banned for tk. ban appeal

Hi my name is patriot i was recently banned or temp banned for tk, okay so we were in this bunker and an rpg came through the window and killed me and someone on my squad. so we re spawned and came back to get are kits i believe mine was a marksman so i walk through the door and the guy goes haha m***** f***** i got you're kit i asked nicely multiple time for my kit back i begged him, he then tried to run away yelling profanities and mocking me... well i decided to shoot him and take my kit.i explained to him i was sorry and explained why 1 minute later i got kicked and ban or temp banned, please help me i love this game and you're guys server always had my friends and people i consider brothers playing on it and now i cant join them i'm sorry it wont purposely happen again.

I'm so sorry! i thought i had banned for a whole other reason! i didn't tk the cas pilot or crew i have a 5 dollar dell mouse and it misclicks a lot causing my guy in pr to shoot his gun randomly i was running to get a Humvee for my squad and shot the front of the cas shopper no harm intended i yelled sorry through local chat using my mic but i see now they did not hear that so sorry!!!
