i was banned from HOG server

hi my name is dato (GeoArmyDato in game) i was banned from HOG server because i crash osprey trance helicopter to enemy cas. if you'll unbanned me i will not do that anymore

2 weeks have past since i was banned from hog, can i be unbanned now?

this is ridiculous
to be fair, i should not even been banned, all i did is killing enemy, not in ordinary way, you should not ban players for thet, i was doing trans mission when i see enemy cas, i knew, that i can not run from it, so i choose to sacrifice osprey to kill it,
is it so bad that i must be banned for more than 2 week?
i kill enemy cas crashing it with osprey truns helicopter, if i didn't do that ,cas was going to kill me and friendly troops which he was getting close
