Hello, I would like to know why I keep getting from the HOG server as the last time I played PR was mid 2017 and everything was fine back then. I just updated to the latest PR yesterday and found that I was getting kicked from the server every time that I tried to join. I don't know if this has anything to do with a ban but it seems that this is happening to me on the HOG server and another EU server (which I never played). I just want to make sure if I was banned or not.

U are not on the ban list so u must be using a VPN, which we block

Yes, it looks like its my ID. However, I never used a VPN before. I actually have no idea how to use VPN. How do I fix this problem?

Seems the 61. ip is a vpn
the 114. ip is not a vpn
